PHASE 1

FOUNDATION (May 2026)

Identity Consolidation and Ethical Framework

Legal & Ethics: Finalizing the corporate framework as an "Innovative Start-up" and adopting the "Ethics by Design" protocol.
Manifesto Core: Official validation of the pillars: Neural Sovereignty and Data Sovereignty within the Infosphere.
Conceptual Architecture: Definition of the technical requirements to distinguish between Natural and Artificial Inforgs.

PHASE 2

INVESTORS (May – August 2026)

Vision Capitalization and Strategic Partnerships

Founding Round: Opening the capital to strategic partners who share the values of Digital Humanism and European Sovereignty.
Asset Valuation: Measuring the economic and social potential of the "Digital Treasure" within territorial networks.
